About Me

I’ll keep it relatively short and sweet.

I’m a 26-year-old journalist from Sydney, Australia.

I’m currently the Editor of Life Without Andy, having also written for VICE, Highsnobiety, The Sydney Morning Herald, Inthemix, Oyster Magazine and more. Throughout the years, I’ve been lucky enough to interview Kim Kardashian about Gucci visors, as well as my hip-hop heroes including Kendrick Lamar, The Game, Fat Joe, Ice Cube, Desiigner, DJ Khaled and French Montana. Most importantly, the lord himself Craig David complimented my work on his Twitter page.

Outside of music, my heart lies in fashion and sportswear. I’ve been interviewed by Sneaker Freaker, GQ and I Dig Your Sole Man about my approach to fashion, and I have plenty of opinions about the different style hubs sitting in and around Sydney City. In 2016 & 2017, I was selected by Nike as one of three Australian ‘Masters of Air‘ – becoming an ambassador for my favourite sneaker, the Air Max 95.

In 2014, I was selected as the winner of a nationwide search to become the Editor-At-Large at Pedestrian.TV for their Samsung Sound campaign.

On top of writing, I have hosted videos and documentaries for clients including Budweiser, Bacardi and One Day Entertainment. I perform hype man duties under the ’24 Karat Kev’ moniker, having held the microphone for Australian acts including Jackie Onassis, Nes, DJ Leon Smith & GG Magree.

My debut satirical rap single, ‘Chinatown Champs‘ reached viral status and earned airplay on Triple J, FBi Radio, The Edge 96.1 and RTR FM. I also throw a semi-regular rap parties around Sydney, and sometimes I make cameos in music videos for no reason whatsoever.
